the place up it is harder for them to picture themselves living there.
Buyers tend to also love big spacious rooms
where they can picture their stuff going so try to present your property

Your potential buyers will feel
more comfortable if you as an owner are not there while they have their
inspection.
The idea is you give them room to move
around your property without you looking over their shoulder.
Despite what you may have thought buyers
will be more honest with your real estate agent than they will with you,
because they won't mind telling the agent what they really think but to
you the owner if they don't like it they won't want to offend you.

Most buyers probably are not
aware of it on the surface but when you buy real estate you are
really also purchasing a lifestyle.
So much of our lifestyle will be
impacted upon by where we live.
This may mean to help effect a good

the property to demonstrate to the buyer what a great lifestyle
you have living in this property.
This will make a significant impression.

Make sure your property is well ventilated,
and you can enhance presentation by using artificial scents, things
like pot pouri or the smell of freshly ground coffee.
