The good agents know they do the right thing by their clients and are happy for their clients to tell of their customer service levels.

Q 2 WHAT IF MY REAL ESTATE AGENT DOESN'T WANT TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS SYSTEM?If your real estate agent does not want to participate in this system that is their choice, but be careful because there will basically be only one or two reasons why a real estate agent would not want to participate in this system:
1. They don’t want their service levels monitored and rated by their own customers!
2. They don’t want to refund back to you some of your own money!
